1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of ADHD coaching and related services by AUDHD FORWARD LTD ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") to the client ("you", "your"). By engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with our services. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Services Provided
We offer various coaching services, including:
- Deep Dive (1-month intensive coaching)
- Monthly Coaching (ongoing support)
- Group Coaching
- Text Coaching
- Youth Services
- 1:1 Mentoring
- 1:1 Coaching for Schools
- School Workshops and Training
Details, structure, and the most up-to-date pricing of these services are available on our website or as communicated at the time of booking. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
3. Booking and Payments
3.1. All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
3.2. Payments are required in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3. We accept Access to Work funding where applicable. It is the client’s responsibility to arrange funding approval before sessions begin.
3.4. Prices are subject to change. Clients are advised to check our website or booking confirmation for the latest rates.
3.5. All payments must be made in GBP (£).
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. Client Cancellations:
- Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no extra charge.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
- No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
4.2. Company Cancellations:
- If we need to cancel a session, we will reschedule at a mutually agreed time.
- If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a refund.
4.3. Refund Policy:
- Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.
- Refunds do not apply once services have been delivered.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. Clients are expected to participate actively in coaching sessions and complete any recommended exercises or reflections.
5.2. Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on client engagement.
5.3. Clients must ensure they are in a suitable environment for online or in-person sessions.
5.4. Coaching is not therapy or a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Clients experiencing significant mental health concerns should seek professional medical support.
6. Confidentiality and Safeguarding
6.1. We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose personal information without consent, except where required by law or where there is a safeguarding concern.
6.2. If we believe a client is at risk of harm, we are legally required to share concerns with appropriate safeguarding authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. While we strive to provide high-quality coaching, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
7.2. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by clients based on coaching sessions.
7.3. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All materials provided during coaching (including worksheets, guides, and recorded sessions) remain our intellectual property and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without our written consent.
9. Termination
9.1. We reserve the right to terminate coaching services if a client breaches these Terms, engages in inappropriate behaviour, or if we determine that coaching is not in the client’s best interest. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance where possible. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Agreement
By making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
